At present, many domestic high-temperature wire manufacturers have entered foreign markets. However, compared with foreign local products, the competitiveness of my country's high-temperature line products needs to be improved, especially when some manufacturers act rashly without understanding the foreign industry standards, resulting in an embarrassing situation for enterprise development.

1. Technical standards: Foreign high-temperature wires usually require advanced standards such as IEC or British standards and American standards. Therefore, it is not enough to only be familiar with domestic standards, but also need to be familiar with international standards.

2. Laying conditions: The environmental conditions in West Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions are relatively special. For example, in some areas, the maximum temperature is 50°C and the daily average temperature is 40°C. Therefore, technical data should pay attention to the description of technical parameters related to the environment (such as correction factor for load flow).

3. High temperature wire structure: Due to the high temperature wire laying environment, in addition to meeting the standard requirements, there are often some additional requirements. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to the design and manufacture of high temperature lines.

Fourth, high temperature line packaging: For export high temperature lines, the delivery tray generally adopts the structure of a large tray or a steel tray, and adopts a fully enclosed packaging of iron sheets or wooden strips. In addition to the high temperature line reeling length and the minimum allowable bend radius, the container size should also be considered. Strictly follow the order requirements. Since the packaging of the export high temperature line is more complicated than that of the domestic one, it will affect the cost and delivery time of the high temperature line. Therefore, care should be taken when entering into a contract.

5. Other matters needing attention: Before shipment, the user should be provided with the main technical parameters of the high-temperature line, sectional drawings, laying instructions and other information, and the inspection report should also be shipped with the goods. The technical data should be complete; the manufacturing length of the high temperature wire should be strictly controlled, and the delivery length error should be minimized. All export products must pass the inspection of the national commodity inspection department and issue a commodity inspection certificate.
